“Pañca paṇḍitā samāgatāttha,
Pañhā me paṭibhāti taṁ suṇātha;
Nindiyamatthaṁ pasaṁsiyaṁ vā,
Kassevāvikareyya guyhamatthaṁ”.
“Tvaṁ āvikarohi bhūmipāla,
Bhattā bhārasaho tuvaṁ vade taṁ;
Tava chandarucīni sammasitvā,
Atha vakkhanti janinda pañca dhīrā”.
“Yā sīlavatī anaññatheyyā,
Bhattucchandavasānugā manāpā;
Nindiyamatthaṁ pasaṁsiyaṁ vā,
Bhariyāyāvikareyya guyhamatthaṁ”.
“Yo kicchagatassa āturassa,
Saraṇaṁ hoti gatī parāyanañca;
Nindiyamatthaṁ pasaṁsiyaṁ vā,
Sakhino vāvikareyya guyhamatthaṁ”.
“Jeṭṭho atha majjhimo kaniṭṭho,
Yo ce sīlasamāhito ṭhitatto;
Nindiyamatthaṁ pasaṁsiyaṁ vā,
Bhātu vāvīkareyya guyhamatthaṁ”.
“Yo ve pituhadayassa paddhagū,
Anujāto pitaraṁ anomapañño;
Nindiyamatthaṁ pasaṁsiyaṁ vā,
Puttassāvikareyya guyhamatthaṁ”.
“Mātā dvipadājanindaseṭṭha,
Yā naṁ poseti chandasā piyena;
Nindiyamatthaṁ pasaṁsiyaṁ vā,
Mātuyāvīkareyya guyhamatthaṁ”.
“Guyhassa hi guyhameva sādhu,
Na hi guyhassa pasatthamāvikammaṁ;
Anipphannatā saheyya dhīro,
Nipphannova yathāsukhaṁ bhaṇeyya”.
“Kiṁ tvaṁ vimanosi rājaseṭṭha,
Dvipadajaninda vacanaṁ suṇoma metaṁ;
Kiṁ cintayamāno dummanosi,
Nūna deva aparādho atthi mayhaṁ”.
“‘Paṇhe vajjho mahosadho’ti,
Āṇatto me vadhāya bhūripañño;
Taṁ cintayamāno dummanosmi,
Na hi devī aparādho atthi tuyhaṁ”.
“Abhidosagato dāni ehisi,
Kiṁ sutvā kiṁ saṅkate mano te;
Ko te kimavoca bhūripañña,
Iṅgha vacanaṁ suṇoma brūhi metaṁ”.
“‘Paṇhe vajjho mahosadho’ti,
Yadi te mantayitaṁ janinda dosaṁ;
Bhariyāya rahogato asaṁsi,
Guyhaṁ pātukataṁ sutaṁ mametaṁ”.
“Yaṁ sālavanasmiṁ senako,
Pāpakammaṁ akāsi asabbhirūpaṁ;
Sakhinova rahogato asaṁsi,
Guyhaṁ pātukataṁ sutaṁ mametaṁ.
Pukkusa purisassa te janinda,
Uppanno rogo arājayutto;
Bhātuñca rahogato asaṁsi,
Guyhaṁ pātukataṁ sutaṁ mametaṁ.
Ābādhoyaṁ asabbhirūpo,
Kāmindo naradevena phuṭṭho;
Puttassa rahogato asaṁsi,
Guyhaṁ pātukataṁ sutaṁ mametaṁ.
Aṭṭhavaṅkaṁ maṇiratanaṁ uḷāraṁ,
Sakko te adadā pitāmahassa;
Devindassa gataṁ tadajja hatthaṁ,
Mātuñca rahogato asaṁsi;
Guyhaṁ pātukataṁ sutaṁ mametaṁ.
Guyhassa hi guyhameva sādhu,
Na hi guyhassa pasatthamāvikammaṁ;
Anipphannatā saheyya dhīro,
Nipphannova yathāsukhaṁ bhaṇeyya.
Na guyhamatthaṁ vivareyya,
rakkheyya naṁ yathā nidhiṁ;
Na hi pātukato sādhu,
guyho attho pajānatā.
Thiyā guyhaṁ na saṁseyya,
amittassa ca paṇḍito;
Yo cāmisena saṁhīro,
hadayattheno ca yo naro.
Guyhamatthaṁ asambuddhaṁ,
sambodhayati yo naro;
Mantabhedabhayā tassa,
dāsabhūto titikkhati.
Yāvanto purisassatthaṁ,
guyhaṁ jānanti mantinaṁ;
Tāvanto tassa ubbegā,
tasmā guyhaṁ na vissaje.
Vivicca bhāseyya divā rahassaṁ,
Rattiṁ giraṁ nātivelaṁ pamuñce;
Upassutikā hi suṇanti mantaṁ,
Tasmā manto khippamupeti bhedan”ti.
